Underage Drinking Enforcement at K-State-KU game

Food 639This Saturday Nov. 7, the Kansas State University police department along with agents from the Alcohol Beverage Control will be proactively enforcing alcohol regulations in the parking lots and surrounding areas of Bill Snyder Family Stadium.

This joint effort will concentrate on underage drinking and those who provide alcohol to minors. K-State police Capt. Don Stubbings said, “Over the last few years, K-State police, with assistance from a Kansas Department of Transportation grant, have had a special alcohol enforcement team designated to identify underage drinking and minimize the large parties often attended by those who are under 21. This year the K-State police have seen a dramatic decrease in large parties and large quantities of alcohol compared to previous years.”
